2. Accuracy of Site Information & Artisanal Ceramic Variations

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensional measurements (height, diameter, weight), and pricing. Artisanal & Kiln Glaze Notice: Stoneware ceramics, matte terracotta finishes, and mouth-blown glassware inherently display subtle tonal shifts, micro-speckling, and organic texture variances produced during high-temperature kiln firing. These natural variations are marks of authentic artisanal craftsmanship. Kovar Decor reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Wall Installation & Electrical Lighting Safety Disclaimer

Installation & Structural Safety Notice: Floating shelves and wall-mounted accents must be installed into appropriate wall studs or with masonry/drywall anchors rated for the intended load capacity. Never exceed stated shelf load limits. Table lamps and accent lighting fixtures must only be paired with compatible bulb wattages and voltages specified in product guidelines. Kovar Decor is not liable for wall damage, fallen decor items resulting from inadequate wall fastening, or electrical hazards caused by exceeding maximum bulb wattages.
